Every one of our designs for our developer clients is a bespoke one off design, following an agreed brief and budget. We have very extensive knowledge of the show home industry, most of our design team have worked for all the leading national house builders for over 10 years.
This is the single most important part of the design process. We take time to get as much information as possible from our clients in order that each scheme is designed specifically for their development and for the customers they are selling to. Extensive research is done regarding the surrounding area and the type of people buying there. The Account Directors work very closely with the design team to ensure that the clients vision is translated into inspired show home schemes.
Every one of our design schemes, either for developers or private clients is a bespoke design, unique to the brief and clients expectations. Our design team have extensive knowledge of the show home industry and use this to create up market, luxurious schemes that help developers sell their sites. We love working with people who have bought a new home and want to turn their own space into a ‘showhome’.
We have our own dedicated installation team who are fully trained and hold CSCS cards. They are very experienced and are used to dealing with the various issues that can sometimes occur on site. Our stylists have many year's experience and source each item individually creating fabulous show homes that help sell homes.
